Der aus mehreren Garnen zusammengedrehte Leinenzwirn von Prym wird daher gerne für Ziernähte verwendet, kommt aber auch zum Annähen von Knöpfen bei Berufs- und Arbeitskleidung häufig zum Einsatz. Er ist in den Farben Schwarz und Weiß erhältlich.
